Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Vaasi Studio.

1. Handcrafted Nature & Variations

Every Vaasi piece is finished by hand in small batches using natural freshwater pearls, brass, and 925 sterling silver. Subtle variations in pearl contour or hammer texture are hallmarks of artisanal craft and not defects.

2. Pricing, GST & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). Applicable Jewellery GST (3%) and shipping charges are calculated transparently on our server during checkout. Stock is validated in real time and reserved atomically when your order is placed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders above ₹1,499 qualify for complimentary insured standard shipping across India. Standard dispatches leave our Jaipur studio within 24–48 business hours with live carrier tracking shared by email and on our Track Order page.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled directly from your Account Orders page prior to packing/dispatch. Unworn pieces in original cotton-muslin packaging with intact tags are eligible for return requests within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
