1. Information We Collect

When you browse Vaasi, create an account, or place an order, we collect only the information necessary to fulfil your order and care for your account: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and order history.

2. Payment Security

Vaasi never stores raw credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI PINs on our servers. Online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways with cryptographic server-side signature verification, and only non-sensitive transaction reference IDs are retained for accounting and refund support.

3. Marketing Consent & Communications

Transactional notifications (order confirmations, shipping tracking updates, and password resets) are sent strictly to service your purchases. Promotional or editorial dispatches are sent only if you explicitly opt in to marketing communications, and you can withdraw consent anytime from your Account Profile.

4. Cookies & Session Protection

We use strictly necessary HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax cookies to preserve your shopping bag and authenticated session securely. Customer sessions and administrative sessions are isolated on separate cookies and permissions.
