7-Day Return Window

Unworn jewellery in its original Vaasi pouch with intact SKU tags may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery directly from your Account Orders page.

Hygiene & Inspection

Once our Jaipur studio receives and inspects the returned piece, refunds are initiated within 2 business days to your original payment source.

Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Care Desk with a photograph for an immediate complimentary replacement.
